Q:  What do I have to do to have my car serviced at your facility?
A:   There are no pre-set specifications or requirements that must be met in order to service with us here at Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte.  We welcome you to call in advance for a service appointment or simply stop by and speak with one of our dedicated Service professionals regarding your needs.  We are open Mon-Sat to meet your service needs.

Q:  I have been servicing my vehicle at another Mercedes-Benz dealership, do I have to do anything to let the other Mercedes-Benz dealership know I want to service my car here?
A:  No, there are no requirements.  Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte is a full factory Mercedes-Benz dealer; therefore we are authorized to perform services, maintenance and repairs (both warranted and non-warranted) on all Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

Q:  Do your employees have any experience?
A:  The Ladies and Gentlemen that comprise the staff at Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte are some of the industry's best.  All of our service technicians are Mercedes-Benz certified, and the majority are master certified. Their countless hours of Mercedes-Benz training and experience help to ensure that you, the customer's, questions and/or comments are met with superior incite and care.

Q:  Can you perform my warranty work?
A:  Yes, not only are we authorized to provide factory supported warranty repair work, we can also perform all levels of general maintenance and repair.

Q:  Can I get a service loaner from you even though I did not purchase my car here?
A:  Absolutely.  The staff at Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte is dedicated to meeting and exceeding our customer's expectations.  While we will do our utmost to meet your need for alternate transportation, we do recommend that you call ahead to schedule a service appointment.  You must be at least 21 years old, provide proof of insurance and a major credit card.

Q:  Can I bring my car in to get a state inspection?
A:  Yes.  Please be sure to bring your current (most recent) proof of state motor vehicle registration with you.

Q:  Can Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte get "my file" from another Mercedes-Benz dealer?
A:  No.  But as the owner of the vehicle, you could request that the dealership provide a copy of the file for your own records.  We, in turn, would be glad to retain these copies on file for you.
